EXTENDED DELIVERY — $75.00 (11–25 miles)
LONG HAUL DELIVERY — $2.00 per mile (for distances beyond 25 miles)

WHITE GLOVE — $40.00 (applies to Base & Extended deliveries; pricing for Long Haul varies)
RUSH DELIVERY — +$25.00
AFTER HOURS (6:00 PM–9:00 PM) — +$40.00
HEAVY LIFTING — +$20.00 (any item over 100 lbs)

Notes:

• Long Haul Delivery is calculated from the point where Extended Delivery ends (26 miles and up) at $2.00 per mile.

• White Glove includes inside placement and basic setup; extra labor or specialty installation may incur additional charges.

• Rush, After Hours, White Glove, and Heavy Lifting fees are added to the applicable base delivery rate.

• All pricing is based on standard access conditions; difficult access, stairs, elevators with restrictions, or required permits may result in additional fees.
